Mohamadou Alhadji, chef de cabinet du gouverneur de la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Est \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque des faits, et principale accus\u00e9 dans cette affaire, a \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9 en jugement devant le Tribunal de grande instance (TGI) du Mfoundi pour y r\u00e9pondre de l\u2019infraction de meurtre. M. Harouna Mohamed Salah Edire, son fr\u00e8res ain\u00e9 et coaccus\u00e9 dans cette proc\u00e9dure, r\u00e9pond quant \u00e0 lui de l\u2019accusation de suppression de preuves. \u00c0 l\u2019origine de leurs d\u00e9boires judicaires, les ayants-droit de Moussa Hamadou, un moto taximan r\u00e9sident \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9, qui a trouv\u00e9 la mort par fusillade dans un studio meubl\u00e9 lou\u00e9 au quartier Bastos par M.
