Militaire de profession, le d\u00e9funt a laiss\u00e9 un compte bancaire bien fourni et des biens en nature. Il \u00e9tait \u00e9galement p\u00e8re de trois enfants issus de deux relations diff\u00e9rentes, qui n\u2019ont pas abouti au mariage. Malgr\u00e9 son grade de capitaine dans l\u2019arm\u00e9e, Paul n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 mari\u00e9 \u00e0 une seule femme, aux dires de Wilson.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s son d\u00e9c\u00e8s en 2019, sa famille s\u2019est r\u00e9unie et un proc\u00e8s-verbal de conseil de famille a \u00e9t\u00e9 dress\u00e9. Dans ce document qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au tribunal, les cinq fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs de Paul ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9s comme ses coh\u00e9ritiers. L\u2019administration des biens a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 \u00e0 Wilson. Les membres de famille pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 l\u2019audience en qualit\u00e9 de t\u00e9moins dans cette proc\u00e9dure ont corrobor\u00e9 la version des faits de Wilson. Seulement, une question du tribunal a voulu troubler la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 observ\u00e9e dans cette affaire. \u00ab Le d\u00e9funt n\u2019a-t-il pas eu d\u2019enfants ? \u00bb a interrog\u00e9 le juge avant de faire remarquer \u00e0 Wilson qu\u2019il existe trois autres actes de naissance dans le dossier, diff\u00e9rents de ceux des h\u00e9ritiers d\u00e9sign\u00e9s. \u00abLa voie de repr\u00e9sentation est ferm\u00e9e monsieur le pr\u00e9sident. Led\u00e9funt a eu trois enfants, qui n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnus de son vivant. C\u2019est par honn\u00eatet\u00e9 que nous avons tenu \u00e0 vous pr\u00e9senter leurs actes de naissance.
